We are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on transfers. All sales are final!

Non-Personalized Clothing / Tumblers
Our goal is for you to love your products and be proud to wear and use them. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll do everything we can to keep you satisfied as our #1 customer. Returns are welcomed on unworn unused items within 10 days of receiving your items. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Personalized Items
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are personalized. If there is an issue with your order, please send an email to contact@208customdesigns.com
Incorrect Delivery
If an order gets returned to us due a wrong address being entered during checkout, you are responsible for shipping costs for us to reship the items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
